The fastest way to get an appointment is the phone number at the top of this page. Someone picks up during business hours, which run from ten in the morning until ten at night, seven days a week.
The address is 1136 S State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. That sits on State between 1100 South and 1200 South, south of downtown and directly west of Liberty Park. Coming down from the north end of the valley, State Street gets you here without touching a freeway. From the south end, I-15 north is usually quicker. Parking is on site at the building, so leave the meter apps closed.
When you call, it helps to have three things ready. First, the day and rough time window that works, with a second option if you have one. Second, whether you want anything alongside the hour, since a massage or a foot reflexology session booked back to back needs a longer hold on the schedule than a single service does. Third, whether you want an add-on attached, because hot stones, cupping, CBD and the infrared sauna are all set at booking rather than decided later.
If you are asking about a same-day slot, call rather than plan around a guess. Availability shifts through the day as therapists free up, and the late evening tends to have room even when the middle of the afternoon does not.
If you are buying a gift, say so at the start of the call. A card can be loaded with anything between twenty-five dollars and five hundred, it sends immediately, and it carries no expiry date, so nothing about that transaction requires you to know the recipient's schedule.
A few things worth mentioning on the call rather than at the door. If you have long hair and want it kept out of the way, bring a hair tie. If you would rather skip oil entirely, say so and the session stays completely dry. If anything medical is going on around your head, neck or scalp, talk to your doctor before you book. We keep the hour restful rather than clinical, and that is not the same thing as being qualified to assess a medical question.
Give yourself a few minutes on either end of the appointment. Arriving out of breath undoes some of the first ten minutes, and leaving at a sprint undoes the last ten.
If the day falls apart and you need to cancel, use the same number, and know the window before you plan around it. A cancellation made inside twenty-four hours of the appointment does not get refunded. Earlier notice than that is always the cheaper move for you.
You can also simply come in. Walk-ins are welcome here, and an appointment is the recommendation rather than the requirement, because an hour of one therapist is easier to reserve than to find on the spot.
Every appointment runs behind a closed door, and every therapist on the floor holds a Utah license. Sixty minutes, eighty-five dollars, no longer version.
One thing worth saving you a phone call. We are a massage and spa practice, so the menu here is bodywork and nothing else. Skin treatments, injectables and anything cosmetic or medical are not offered at this address and never have been.
Call whenever the doors are open. If you reach us near closing, it is still worth asking about the following day.
